Delete your Glory account
You can delete your Glory account and all personal data we hold about you at any time. This page describes what gets deleted, what we may retain, and how to submit a request — from inside the app or from this web page.
From inside the app
Open the Glory app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and personal data will be removed immediately. (Available once you are signed in.)
From this page
If you cannot access the app, or you signed up only to the waitlist and never created an account, send us an email to gloryccapp@outlook.com with the subject “Glory account deletion request”. Include the email address you used to sign in and your sign-in method (Apple, Google, or email).
We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days. We may verify the request by replying from the email address on the account.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (email, sign-in identity, display name)
- Your reading history, saved Glimpses, and reading progress
- Your subscription and trial records linked to the account
- Any device identifiers tied to your account
What we may retain
We may keep limited records, kept separately from your identity, where required by law or to protect Glory’s service:
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics that no longer identify you (retained indefinitely).
- Billing and tax records, where applicable (retained up to 7 years per applicable law).
- Security and abuse-prevention logs (retained up to 180 days).
These retained records do not contain your name, email, or any sign-in identifier after the deletion is processed.
Waitlist-only signups
If you only joined the launch waitlist and never created an account, send the same email above and we will remove your address from the waitlist.
